Free Speech???

We live in dangerous times. People are being blackballed, losing jobs, being kicked off media platforms—in other words being silenced because they hold a contrary belief to the officially accepted view (the orthodox view). People are not allowed to question scientific recommendations or medical opinions without being accused of hating grandma or being a Neanderthal. If one questions a historically accepted view, that person is attacked mercilessly. I know—I know, you’re going to tell me it’s the free market exerting it’s power to influence, and I’m going to ask you two things: First, if you believe that, then why should the baker be forced to bake the cake, and secondly; why does the government need a back door to social media platforms?

Thoughts?
